Return Requirements

  • Condition: The product should be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer if the product has no quality issues.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking products.

Quality Issues

If the product is defective or does not meet quality standards, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and provide a full refund or replacement as per our warranty terms.

How to Request a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. Please note that if the return is due to no quality issue, the shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
